3. User Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3.2 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Booking and Service Terms

4.1 Booking Process

When booking our services:

• Confirm booking details before payment
• Be ready at the specified pickup time

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur charges as follows:

• 2-4 hours before pickup: 25% of total fare
• Less than 2 hours before pickup: 50% of total fare
• No-show: 100% of total fare

4.3 Service Limitations

Our service is subject to:

• Vehicle availability in your area
• Weather and road conditions
• Medical transport regulations
• Service area restrictions

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. Pricing is based on distance, time, and any additional services required.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• Digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti)
• Mobile banking
• Cash payment (subject to availability)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days for cancelled services, subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaadi Dot Com shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Medical outcomes during transport
• Acts of third parties or service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gaadi Dot Com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination
